Gerrianne Waring is a birth mom of twenty-nine years, a mother of three boys, a mother-in-law to three amazing women, a grandmother of fourteen beautiful grand children, and a wife to an amazing man, Jim. Gerrianne has been married to her husband, Jim, for twenty-four years, too.

 

Before retiring from employment, Gerrianne worked in the field of Adoption and Foster Care for twenty-three years by training, educating and helping others understand the adoption process. She is currently a public speaker, trainer, an author, and an advocate for adoption. She is also a Hospice and Disaster Relief Chaplain and has served in several disasters as well as Jail ministry over the past four years. Gerrianne is the founder of Adoption Awareness, too. Adoption Awareness is a Facebook page that serves as a clearinghouse of information and resources for the adoption community, where Gerrianne hosts weekly adoption awareness LIVE videos and discusses topics of interest surrounding adoption. Gerrianne is passionate about adoption and helping others understand that adoption is a beautiful thing and a selfless act of love.
